Data collected: Organisation/company name, contact name, title, email address (required), phone number (optional), inquiry type, inquiry content.
Purpose: Processing consultation requests, contacting the responsible person, providing service information.
2. Retention Period
Collected personal data is retained for 3 years after the consultation is processed, then securely deleted.
Data required to be retained by applicable law is kept for the mandated period.
3. Third-Party Disclosure
The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
4. International Data Transfer
Consultation form data may be transmitted via serverless functions (e.g., Cloudflare Workers) and processed outside Korea (e.g., in the United States).
Transfer destination: USA / Recipient: Service provider / Purpose: Processing consultation requests / Retention: Deleted immediately after processing.

5. Your Rights
You may request access to, rectification, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time.
